BELSHAW DONUT ROBOT MARK 2 GAS

Gas model of the Belshaw Mark 2 Donut Robot is an automatic fryer capable of producing 42 dozen donuts an hour at 95 second frying time. 42 DOZEN/HOUR @ 95 sec frying time. DEPOSITS 2 DONUTS PER CONVEYOR ROW. • Automatic Conveyor. • 3.75" row spacing. • Synchronized with depositor. • Turns donuts and dispenses automatically. • Gas Heating. • Controlled by thermostat. • Includes high limit safety switch. • 40,000 BTU/hr. • Natural Gas (3.5" W.C.) or Liquid Propane (10" W.C.). Speed: • Adjustable by dial on control panel. Depositor: • Deposit weight is controlled by adjusting a dial. • Hopper, plunger, conveyor and kettle are all removable for cleaning. Plunger: • Comes with 1-9/16" 'Star' plunger standard. Can substitute with other compatible plunger   or attachment at purchase. See Donut Robot Plungers. • The plunger you use requires a hopper with the same size opening, so (for instance) you   cannot use a 1-7/16" plunger with a 1-9/16" hopper. Mini Donut conversion: • For conversion to mini donut production, obtain a mini donut hopper and plunger which deposits 2 mini donuts per row.
