Frequently Asked Questions


How long will my order take before it is ready?

Generally there is a three week lead time on all orders. Some orders are subject to product availability depending upon your location and delivery requirements.


What is your standard warranty on used and new equipment?

All new equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty and is handled directly with the manufacturer. Reconditioned equipment comes with a 30-day warranty on defective parts from the date the equipment is received. All "AS IS" equipment is sold with no warranty expressed or implied.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, check, money order, wire transfer and PayPal.


Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing; however, we can put you in contact with a finance company.


Do you require a down payment for an equipment order?

Yes. On all used equipment we require a 50% down payment with net due in full upon delivery or pick-up. For new equipment we require payment in full before processing your order.


Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax to all Tennessee residents and businesses unless you can provide a tax-exempt certificate. All other states are not subject to Tennessee sales tax, but may be subject to your state’s use tax.


How do I acquire my equipment once purchased?

There are several methods in which you can acquire your purchased equipment from B.A.K.E. Marketing:


  • You can schedule an appointment to pick up your equipment at our 40,000 square foot warehouse located at 1442 Hwy 96, Burns, Tennessee.
  • We crate and ship using common carrier.
  • Our technicians can deliver and install.
  • We can use another carrier of your choice.
  • Please note crating, shipping, delivering and installations are not included in the price of equipment. We do provide shipping quotes from our carriers prior to sale.
  • Our shipping methods are more clearly defined in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.


What shipping methods do you use?

We ship most small items via UPS Ground. Larger items may be shipped via common carrier. 


I would prefer to pick up my order rather than have it shipped. Is this possible?

Yes. Many of our local customers choose this option to save on crating and shipping costs. Just set up an appointment and we’ll have our staff lend a hand.


Can you send me a catalog?

Unfortunately we do not offer printed catalogs. Our web site serves as our catalog and is updated daily. If you need help finding a particular item, please contact a member of our sales staff and we will locate it for you! You can also Subscribe to our newsletter to be kept up to date on all of our equipment and product offerings.
