The Thermoglaze TG-25 system consists of two components — the Thermolizer, for thawing frozen baked goods, and the Thermoglaze, for heating and glazing. Donuts (or other baked goods) can be held in the Thermolizer for up to five hours... THERMOLIZER Thaws and conditions donuts. A 20-30 minute thaw is typical. Maintains condition of donuts typically 5 hours or more. OVEN Infrared / convection oven with automatic conveyor. GLAZER 'Waterfall' style. Heavy duty sanitary pump to circulate glaze. AUTOMATIC Adjustable speed and temperature controls. FAST A screen of donuts takes less than 5 minutes to reheat and glaze. Capacity is up to 25 dozen/hour for the whole process.
