This version of the Cut-N-Fry uses a Hushpuppy plunger and submerger screen. Deposits three Southern Hushpuppies per plunger stroke. • ELECTRIC FRYER • TYPE N DEPOSITOR • 16" X 16" (41 X 41cm) • HOLDS 25 LB / 11.5 KG SHORTENING • TRADITIONAL LOUKOUMATHES The Cut-N-Fry for Loukoumathes is used for Greek festivals and church gatherings throughout North America. The Type N depositor that is supplied with the fryer deposits 3 Loukoumathes per plunger stroke. Typical Loukoumathes are between 1" and 2" in diameter depending on the mix that is used. The Cut-N-Fry for Loukoumathes is supplied with a 2" wide, 3 hole plunger with each hole 3/4" diameter, Belshaw part number N-1009BSS-103C. With a new cylinder and plunger, the Type N depositor can be switched over to make cake donuts. • DURABLE Constructed with heavy-duty, sanitary materials including SST element. • CLEANABLE The element tilts out of the way and the kettle lifts out for easy cleaning. Takes seconds. • DRAIN TRAY Doubles as cover.
