Belshaw Adamatic's OVEN-2020 gives bakeries the newest option in Rack Ovens. OVEN-2020 offers Performance, Convenience and Energy Saving benefits, along with more standard features than other rack ovens. Its ultra fast temperature recovery will shorten your production schedule. With OVEN-2020 even novice bakers can use the image-based touchscreen to select the right bake program - the oven does the rest. OVEN-2020 is UL certified and qualifies for Energy Star and gas company rebates. Designed, manufactured and serviced entirely in the USA by Belshaw Adamatic.
